ZANZ is organising a Sports Day on 27th January 2013 (Sunday) from 9.30 a.m. (sharp) till finish. The Venue is Wakaaranga Primary School grounds. Rain day will be 3rd February. This event always proves to be a hit amongst all ages. Both participants and spectators enjoy this outdoor event immensely. This event will be open for all ages. See attached notice for further details. Also attached with this notice, is the Parents Consent Form which has to be completed for all participants under 18 years of age.

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP IF YOU/YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS WANT TO PARTICIPATE. IF WE DO NOT GET ENOUGH PARTICIPANTS BY 18TH JANUARY, THIS EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED.
Food stalls will be present selling a variety of foods. Details of this will follow later. So come one, come all and create a perfect picnic atmosphere, basking in the sun with your hats on and enjoy watching your kids and mates participate.
The principal of Wakaaranga School has advised us that no one should be entering the grounds from Butley Drive entrance and instead all access should be thru Galloway Cres only. Neither the school nor ZANZ will be responsible for disregarding this important notice. This also includes parking of vehicle(s).
The ZANZ Management Committee requires volunteers to assist us in hosting this event. These volunteers can be participants in their events.
Important:
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 23rd JANUARY 2013.
