AGENDA:
1. To adopt the minutes of the previous AGM held on 23rd June 2012
2. To receive & adopt the Annual Report for the year April 2012 to March 2013.
3. To receive & adopt the Annual Statement of Accounts for the year April 2012 to March 2013.
4. To appoint an Honorary Auditor for the year April 2013 to March 2014.
5. Presentation by ZYNZ regarding hosting of WZYC in New Zealand in 2015.
6. To update members on the ZANZ Scholarship Committee.
7. Election of the ZANZ Management Committee members for the term July 2013 to June 2015.
8. To transact any other business matter with the permission of the Chair.
